Our Commitment

RetailReach is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Target Standard

We aim to conform to Level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, where reasonably achievable.

Interactive Components

  • Accessible form controls with proper labels
  • Accessible accordions and carousels
  • Touch targets of at least 44x44 pixels for mobile
  • Error identification and clear instructions

Media

  • Captions or transcripts for video content
  • Descriptive alt text for images
  • No auto-playing content without user control

Ongoing Efforts

We regularly review our website for accessibility compliance and work to address identified issues. We test with:

Third-Party Content
